How EMF radiation reduces in a newly constructed home?
Is building 'Radiation-Free*' expensive?
You’ll be surprised to know how little it costs (in contrast to the overall cost of building) to ensure a home is without the common sources of EMF radiation. Doing it later when the home is completed will be more costly. The main reason relates to the building process, as you already have your trades people there and incorporating a few more items is also easier to do. Thus more cost- and time-effective.
Costs per project vary depending on how comprehensive you want it done. However, costing out the options is one of the first items on the agenda after we have analysed your designs.
Why you get involved before land selection?
There are sources of radiation that can’t be fixed and can’t be shielded against. These are the magnetic fields. Common sources are nearby power supply systems, like the local distribution lines running up and down a street. Ideally these should be assessed well before committing to a property or as soon as possible if we get involved with your build after the purchase.
Can I assess unfixable magnetic fields myself?
Yes, but it would be great to do while still ‘shopping’ for land to buy. We have a number of recommended good quality gauss meters you can use for this purpose and a short online course you can do to learn its use.
Once you find a property you think is a winner, then best get us to double check your findings and assess the presence of radio frequency radiation as well as geopathic stress properly and before you sign on the dotted line.
